What is the name of your state?
New York
I have nerve damage in both wrists, from being handcuffed on Thursday night, for disorderly conduct and aa very small amount of marijauna.
Before being taken to Central Booking downtown, I repeatedly told the officers the cuffs were too tight. It is now 2 days later and I have nerve damage i my wrists. Do I have any legal action???

No what you more than likely have is a slightly sprained wrists. Nerve damage does not happen that fast. unless of course there is major trauma.

What medical tests and specialists have diagnosed nerve damage?
Probably none because 2 days is not near enough time to book an MRI and to then have it checked out by a qualified Neurosurgeon.

OP should google nerve damage so that when posting a question he would at least have some knowledge of what the symptoms are that he is trying to claim in order to possibly suck some money out of the county.

Btw OP your claim of nerve damage is going to do absolutely nothing for your criminal case.
