What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?arkansas, I was arrested about nine years ago with my husband(ex now) at our home for drugs my charges were nole pros..... two yrs later he put some marijuana in my truck and had a cop friend arrest me on my way to work. I went to the state police and a CID officer made a ccall to the sheriff and got my ex's cop friends off my back the charges were nole pros.... but now I tried to get an apartment and they denied me because of those charges what can I do? I need to know if there is a way to have these charges taken off my record
