no bail extradition warrant

after reading the indiana statutes on extradition i've learned that you must be charged with a capital crime such as rape or murder to end up with a no bail extradition warrant. i am not charged withany such thing. i've never even been to indiana,so on what grounds can a state i have never been in extradite me "back" into their jurisdiction? by what right can they refuse me bail

a warrant has been issued, no bail extradition. i was divorced in michigan. i took a job in another state. it took me about a month to get settled, but i was in communication with my kids. When i was ready and had the money to pay child support i called my ex wife. phone disconnected. i called a neighbor. they said that my best friend moved in right after i left. they packed up the kids and moved somewhere so he could go to schoolto learn heavy equip. then i finally located the school and hired an investigator to find out what was going on.(by now about 8 months had passed.) they found the guy but not my family. when they approached the guy he said they had a fight and she left. All of this has cost me more than $5000 by now.i tried on and off over the next few yearsto find them without success.i got bremarried and didn't have the money to spend on it anymore. 1 1/2 years ago she popped up asking for more money. she wants all the back child support i owe her. I was contacted by recovery services. they took so much out of my paycheck i couldn't afford to live, so i was forced to move. now they have found me again. the guy i work for knows my situation and when ever he gets mail from them he trashes it . he's careful not to sign registered mail from them. now (11 years after divorce)i find she has settled in indiana with another husband and daughter. he didn't like my kids so they were put in foster care. she wants me to pay her for taking care of my kids when she hasdn't. the state of indiana has.I was never consulted to find out if i was financially able. now i find out my two youngest were adopted out by the state of indiana after they took them out of the home charging her as an unfit mother. family court has a warrant out for me for failure to pay. i've never been to indiana but i've heard that under the rules of jurisdictional nexus the state cann't arrest someond who was never in their jurisdiction to begin with.
is that enough information?
