No Charges?

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I was wrongfully accused of something, which doesnt matter now, because according to my counties website their were "no charges found". I called the Prosecutors office and she confirmed that the evidence was sent to the Grand Jury and that it was "done". However, the Status of my case is still syaing "case open". What does that mean ?
