 What is the name of your state? Georgia

My husband had a paper from the county magistrates office come in the mail. It said that a warrant has been issued for your arrest charging you with one count of deposit account fraud. It then gave him three options:
1)Post a no contest cash bond to the county magistrate's office within 10 days the letter was written, for an ammount including court cost, fine and returned check fee.
2)you will be furnished a court date should you desire to contest this charge
3) If you can not post this no contest cash bond you must contact the court in order to make arrangements to turn yourself into the sherriff's department.
If he pays the no contest bond will he be booked and will they look for outstanding out of state warrants?
This is in Catoosa county georgia
