What is the name of your state? Ohio

if i am 19 and was charged for knowingly possessing and/or consuming an alcholic beverage while under the age of 21, and i didn't take a breathalizer (i wasnt asked to). the officer says i admitted to drnking four hours prior to their coming (which i honestly never said, they woke me up in my tent while camping, and had consued two drinks earlier in the day). should i plead not guilty or no contest, what would the advantages or disadvantages be?

It doesn't really matter for you. Guilty means you admit you did it and it can be used against you in any subsequent hearing which isn't applicable in your case. If you plead no contest the judge may give you an opportunity to explain any mitigating factors but the main difference is you will be found guilty by the judge, not by admission, and therefore no one could use a no contest plea against you in a future hearing.

IANAL...Yet
