What is the name of your state? Michigan
Recently, the company I work for has had a problem with theft of client property. The company has installed high tech Video cameras, and tightened down on security.
Last week they handed out a piece of paper to every employee stating that they have the right to search our desks, Lockers, and our person at any time. I have no problem with that, but, they say they also have the right to search our vehicles !!!
We are required to sign this piece of paper or loss of job could result.
Can they legally do this with-out a search warrant????
