NSF check & now warrant for arrestWhat is the name of your state? Oklahoma City I made a loan for my sister of 300.00 and I did not know that she was not making the payments, she used my personal checks to pay her loan and went NSF checks to pay the 300.00 loan. I am responsible for the loan its on my SSN# and now I know that I have a warrant for my arrest. My sister left the state. Back then we lived in Texas. What can I do and how can the warrant for my arrest be removed? |

| You simply cannot just have a warrant removed unless you turn yourself in.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
