officer failure to sign citationWhat is the name of your state? Minnesota Just a quick question. An officer recently gave me a breathalizer, which i blew a .027 and then wrote me a citation. He although failed to sign the citation, and on top of that he wrote another officers badge number on the citation that was also there, would this be worth taking to court and trying to get dismissed? |

| To clear up any confusion or misunderstanding, my previous post was not well written. I was cited for underage consumption while in a dorm room, Univeristy of Minnesota Duluth, there were nine of us in the room, five officers giving breathalizers, 6 of us in which were given underage consumption tickets. The officer, from the City of Duluth Police Department, which gave me a breathalizer and wrote the citation to me asked another officer for her badge number and wrote that down, he did not sign the citation also the other officer, of which badge number was on my citation did not sign it either, everyone else that got an underage consumption had their citation signed and approiate badge number next to it. Sorry for the previous confusion, and also for any confusion that comes from this reply. Shouldn't their be an officers signature under the section that reads, " The Undersigned being duly sworn, deposes and says that the person named on this complaint did commit the above offense(s)." Or shouldn't it have the actual officers badge number that gave me the breathalizer and who also issued me the citation? |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
