What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY
Between charges of 'Failure to Disperse' and 'Disorderly Conduct' - is one 'worse' than the other to have on a record? They're both class B misdemeanors.
If plea deals were going to knock one of them out, which would you want gone?

All things being equal, disorderly conduct leaves it open to interpretation what you did wrong. Failure to disperse, sounds like you and a few friends were hanging out in the wrong place.
