What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tx
I know i cant get a chl but what about the open carry permit. From what I read, it seems pretty vague, it says if y9ou can buy a handgun you can USUALLY get the permit, I can buy a handgun, but wonder what unusual circumstances would prevent me from getting the permit. The charge isnt anything big, it is a felony theft charge but I have no violent or drug related charges anywhere on my record/
