ordnance guy again

i live in wayne michigan and the ordnance guy has it out for me. i have cought him in my back yard three times, i told him three times to stay out, he came out yestarday and went in the back yard, my van was gone so he thought no one was home. can he come on the property any time he wants, do i have the right to tell him to stay out. and can someone tell me what a grandfather clause is. thank you randy
