What is the name of your state? California

How can you deal with out of state warrants? Washington won't extradite from California. How can these be taken care of without returning to Washington?

Washington won't extradite. Already released from California prison even those these warrants were outstanding.

No, they won't give him a free ride to deal with his warrants. If they are lesser offenses, most states won't go through the expense of bringing the suspect back home. He will apparently have to go back to WA on his own to take care of them.

Or, he can stay here with the warrants which could cause all kinds of problems ... repeated detentions or arrests, being turned down for aid or public assistance and loans, always wondering when they WILL decide to arrest him again ... lots of fun.
