Penalty for PC M602(M)

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

This is my first offense... anybody have any idea what type of punishment PC M602(M) typically caries?

One other thing, I looked up the charge on the prosecuting county's website and the description is TREPASS DRIVE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. I wasn't driving on their property, I was just being a drunken idiot and didn't leave the property (Indian Casino) fast enough. Any idea why it includes the word "DRIVE" in the description???
