Petty Larceny....

What is the name of your state? Irrelavent..

I'm being accused of petty larceny (theft).. I need some advice..

Can someone who can provide advice (good knowledge of the law? your a cop? lawyer?) please AIM me, my AIM screen name is "yeahitsnewbie" I'd really appreciate it!

I do not want to go into detail here, for good reason (one being that police could be reading these message boards)
