Please Help !!!

What is the name of your state? FL
I have had my license suspended in michigan for leaving a scene of an accident and reckless driving. From what they told me it is considered criminal, I am working on getting it all straightened out but in the mean time I wanted to know some things. I currently live in florida and have been for past 6 years never been in trouble before or after my accident. I never went to court since I ended up moving to FL and I wanted to know can I be arrested in florida for my bench warrants in MI. Since then I have had a baby gotten my life back on track and had a good job consistantly for 5 years. I really am not looking for a definitive answer but would really like to know If there is any way that I could go to jail once I got to MI to fix this mess.

Thanks very much
Mark

Yes, there is. If you're pulled over for speeding, or heck, if the officer is running random plates and he just so happens to run yours, you can be arrested for your warrant. Just own up to your mistake and you won't have any more problems.

Say I'm not driving and I don't live in MI can I get arrested in FL just for having a warrant.

Really because it's a bench warrant and it's not a felony?
