Please Help on Prescription Drug Charge

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama

My husband is prescribed Adderall, two 10mg methodone a day for scar tissue on his brain that causes severe pain, and two 1/2 mg xanex a day. He carries his pills with him in a little black bottle in his pocket. He was pulled over one day and searched and of course the pills were found. He had a prescription for them except for one loratab. The courts are making him go through drug testing, rehab and all kinds of stuff. Which that is fine he should have had his pills in the prescribed bottle. What I have a question on is the judge is telling him he has three days to get off all his medication. Medication that his family doctor has him on. And if he doesn't get off of them he will be sent to jail. Can the judge do that?

Have him ask his doctor if there are any potential 'side effects' or repercussions to what the court is ordering. If there aren't, then he needs to comply. If there are, then he needs his doctor to provide an affidavit and for his attorney to present it to the court.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
