please help a.s.a.p goes to grand jury today

undefinedWhat is the name of your state?oregon i was arrested on a theft charge was taken down and intarigated.my purse was not on me when i was arrested.i never requested it.a coworker gave it to police.when we got to station they wanted my drivers licenes #.never ask to look in purse.they did it behind doors.then they came in and ask me what certain items were.they had found a meth pipe.i was only charged with theft so far .can they still charge me with pipe ,i feel it was illegaly obtained.
