Please Help with your suggestion..!!

What is the name of your state?
New Hampshire

I am guilty of shoplifting $250 from Sears. I have never been arrested, and have a clean record. This is my first offense ever.The information I have found so far says that there may be fines, court costs, etc.?
I am ready to pay the fines, or to do any community service for my act.My concern is will this be recorded in my history and my background check.And will this affect my employment and carrer.If yes, Is there any way for mercy from the court.

It would be very thankful if you provide me the information and what would be the best thing to do.

I did give you a suggestion. I said to DELETE the other threads. Instead of doing as I asked you posted yet another thread.

So now you can get your advice elsewhere.
