What is the name of your state? nj

JK went to the police and said that her property was vandalized by KK.
(JK is a sociopath, but can act normal in some cases). KK never did any vandalizing.
When KK talked to the police on other issues, the police indicated that JK had accused KK of various things, but they would or could not divulge the accusations. Does KK have any recourse?

What does KK want to do?

As Bretagne said, "Nope." There's no real legal recourse. The practical solution would be for JK to stay far away from KK.
