Police lied in written report to make their case stronger...

What is the name of your state?
texas

We were stopped for a traffic stop and questioned by an officer. He asked where we were coming from and I replied with the name of a club in dallas. Now that we read the report, he called the club a "known drug location". Is that legal to assume that we were on drugs simply because we came from THAT club?

Another thing is that he included in the report that all 3 arestees had pacifiers around their necks, in which only one of the 3 of us had one on. The officer's exxact words: "he had a bright color necklace and a pacifier around his neck... i also observed that the two back passengers were also dressed similar with a pacifier around their neck which is a common sign of rave party and known drug use"

"richard stated in a res gestae statement that there was some marijuana in the glove box" --- ?? no clue what this means!?

"after seeing richard exit the vehicle and observe his impairment level, i did not believe that his driving was impaired by alcohol or his possible use of illegal substances" --- this statement really makes no sense to me. why would he include that in his narrative of what happened that night?

he also said that the two in the back were smoking cigarettes and that he ID'd both of them to see if they were of age to be smoking.. in which he did NOT do.

basically, if i only get the answer to one question.. i need to know if there is any way that we can prove to the judge or courts that there is too much false information on the report to be admissable or even credible? Maybe more details are needed.. or even the full report. If you can help me at all, PLEASE respond to my post. Our case has still not been filed with the city, therefore no court dates are set as of right now. Should we get an attourney to help fight it? Or will that make matters worse? thank you in advance for any help you can offer me!
