What is the name of your state? VA

I am reprsenting myself in court and was wondering how I would go about obtaining a copy or at least seeing a copy of the police report that was filed against me?

You need what is called a subpoena. Based on your lack of this basic legal knowledge, you won't have a chance in court. I would suggest at a minimum talking to a local attorney.
