Possible Sentence For Pc 459/484/666

What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA
I WAS ARRESTED AT TARGET IN SOLANO COUNTY ON 7/28/04 FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTS: 2 EACH 459/484/666 WITH PRIORS STARTING 1996, 1999, AND 9/2003. I AM ON COURT PROBATION AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE MAXIMUM SENTENCING COULD BE FOR THIS AND IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO JAIL TIME? THE PREVIOUS PRIORS WERE IN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY AND THE CURRENT CHARGE IS IN SOLANO CO. PLEASE WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN>

My response:

You don't learn. So, it's a waste of time for us to answer you. You're a criminal recidivist,.

I think you are looking at a few years of prison time. You MIGHT be able to get off with county jail time and a long probation period with a good attorney. But, with that record, I think prison is in your future.

The punishment for burglary is 16 mos, 2 years or 3 years. What your sentence could be really depends on what your priors are for. If they are strike offenses, you are facing as much as 50 years to life.
