probable cause?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? colorado
I was at a party of about ten people(two 21 year olds, three 18 year olds, and five 17 year olds). The police showed up, they knocked on the door which has a window in it and they could see that there potentialy was drinking going on, but there is no way they could tell how old everyone was. immediately after knocking on the door they opened it and entered, from that point on everyone was fully cooperative with their commands.they contacted mine and the other 17 year olds parents. after which they allowed the 21 year olds to leave, one of the 18 year olds blew zeros and they allowed her to leave along with the other two once they were issued summons. then they breathalyzed two of the 17 year olds then they brought us all to the police station where they breathalyzed me and the other two. then they issued us all summons for underage consumption of alcohol. was there enough probable cause for them to enter, or since the door was unlocked did that give them the right to just barge in?

More than likely, they did have PC... but that can only be answered by knowing what the call was that they were responding to.
Have your attorney check.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
