CAlifornia. My boyfriend that I am living with has marijuana in our apartment but he has a legal card. Since I am only probation, will I get in trouble if its his drawer

We cannot say you WILL get in trouble,but if it is a drawer that you have access to, it could constitute a violation of your probation.

I'd say the two of you have some decisions to make ... you, or the marijuana.
