Not according to the following, as it appears to apply to all law enforcement who perform traffic stops in Denver only.

42-4-115. Information on traffic law enforcement - collection - profiling - annual report - repeal. (1) THE COLORADO STATE PATROL AND ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY PERFORMING TRAFFIC STOPS THAT SERVES THE CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER SHALL COLLECT AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING EACH TRAFFIC STOP:

Thanks for the reply-

since this it a state statute one would think that it would some what apply to all law enforcement agency's in the state. Or is it that they do write state statutes that are specific to larger city's in which case one would think it was a city or town ordenence. Am I correct?
