    Profiling

What is the name of your state? Colorado

Does Colorado statute 42-4-115 apply to all branches of law enforcement in the state of Colorado?

    Thanks in advance!

Not according to the following, as it appears to apply to all law enforcement who perform traffic stops in Denver only.

42-4-115. Information on traffic law enforcement - collection - profiling - annual report - repeal. Thanks for the reply-

since this it a state statute one would think that it would some what apply to all law enforcement agency's in the state. Or is it that they do write state statutes that are specific to larger city's in which case one would think it was a city or town ordenence. Am I correct?

    Thanks again.

Stop beating around the bush. What is it, exactly, that you wish to know?
