I had two criminal cases agianst me. all charges were dismissed by the prosecutor, however I approached the prosecutor about getting my computers back that were seized in two search warrants. he told me I had to write a petition to the judge to get everything back. is that true? i thought that the prosecutor had to release everything himself. How do I get my things back now that all cases and charges have been dropped?? I wrote a petition to the judge but never heard back from that.
