What is the name of your state? LOUISIANA

My 16 yr old daughter was involved in a consensual sexual relationship with a 26 yr old man, which resulted in her contracting genital herpes and HPV. Although Louisiana Law clearly states that this is a felony crime, (La. R.S. 14:80), the local DA ruled this case "unworthy of prosecution" due to my daughter's age of near 17 (which is the cutoff age of consent).

Yet this man has been arrested in our parish of residence alone, 19 times for various crimes involving juveniles, violent crimes against women, drugs, etc. and has infected numerous young girls in our community with these incurable diseases.

What are my options for pursuing prosecution beyond the local DA's office?
