Public Intoxication

Last Sunday I was placed under arrest for public intoxication in myrtle beach and taken to jail. I was never breathalyzed, but i did spend a night in jail and payed 263 for my bond. I am from out of state and do not know what to do because i cannot make the court date. I am not elligable for the alcohol program they told me to enter because i have already done it. I am also on unsupervised probation. Please someone help me?

I suggest you start calling attorneys in Myrtle Beach to see if an attorney can represent you at that hearing. If you have to make a personal appearance, I suggest you find a way to make the court date or understand there will most likely be a warrant for your arrest for failure to appear.
