Is public lewd considered a sexual misconduct?

What is the name of your state? California
I just want to know if public lewd is considered a sexual misconduct and if I was to get it expunged how much would it cost. Also, if I did get it expunge, what would show on my record?

Expunging will not happen immediately. It will happen a set number of years after the offense

Once expunged (taken from public viewing) Law Enforcement and Government agencies can still see it

If an employer did a background check, will it show for them to view too?

Go to the court and ask for the record. Or, contact the CA DOJ and have your prints run for a record review.

It depends on the source of the info. if they obtained the reord from the court, they can get just about everything the court had.
