What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Arkansas

My daughter was arrested on a warrent and charged with battery in the third degree due to a fight she was at but did not participate in. She has had to spend 72 hours in the county jail and have her plea hearing on Monday morning. If this is her first offense, what consequences is she facing?

Battery in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.

Class A misdemeanor penalty--Up to a year imprisonment in the county jail or a fine of up to one thousand dollars or both.
