Question 2agnese: If you get indicted in the Federal Court without you present, is there a Statue of Limitation? calatty: The statute of limitations limits the amount of time they have to charge you, not the amount of time they have to catch you. Once you are indicted, the warrant is good forever. Is there a way to find out, exactly what I've been charged with? |

You can always call the Federal Prosecutor's office or the court and see if they'll tell you. If you've been charged, you will find out eventually. - Carl
