calatty: The statute of limitations limits the amount of time they have to charge you, not the amount of time they have to catch you. Once you are indicted, the warrant is good forever.

When you are arrested, or, are presented with a copy of the indictment, you will know.

You can always call the Federal Prosecutor's office or the court and see if they'll tell you.

If you've been charged, you will find out eventually.
