Question Regarding relationions with a minor

I am from Illinois.

I met a girl at a local restaurant; she told me she was 17 years old. I am 23 years old. I got her phone number and called her. Apparently she lied to her mother and told her that I was 18, and she also told her mother that she is saying she is 17. I only knew the part that she told her mom I was 18. This whole time I was under the assumption that she is 17 years old. I had a party at a hotel which they came to. There was alcohol at the party, and they did drink. The hotel was in my name, but I did not purchase the alcohol, a friend did. During the party the girls shirts were off and I kissed one of them. There were pics taken (all have been deleted since then) they stayed the night, we all slept in the same bed, but no sex ever happened. NOTHING PASSED ME KISSING THE ONE GIRL. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, I went to dinner with her, her mother, her sister, and some other friends of her's. After that her mom went her separate way and I drove the girl home, but she locked herself out of her apartment, so I waited with her her, my buddy who is 24, and her friend Katrina. As we were waiting outside the police came by, turned out her friend was listed as a "runaway" for 4 hours and the police took her home. We found out that her friend was 15 then. The police asked the girl I kissed her age and she said "17". Later that night her mom text messaged my phone and said "Jordan got her phone taken away, she is really 15, and got a ticket for curfew. I have not seen any of the girls since then. Now the local police dept. is investigating everything and knows of the hotel party I had. The girl I was with is telling them that nothing happened beyond kiss, which is the truth. What can happen to me legally?

Thanks in advance

Edited with better grammer, sorry I am a little nervous and typing fast.

They can throw the book at you, but it won't do any good because I doubt you could read it.

They do have schools in Illinois don't they?

This is a bullcrap post.

It all depends on what the investigation turns out, have you been charged with a crime? Don't make the same mistake again....ID the little ladies before taking them anywhere.

I have not been charged with anything as of yet, I just found out from her that her friend went to the police claiming my buddy had sex with her, (which to my knowlege I do not know.) And the police think I had sex with the girl I kissed.

So, somewhere out there, are pictures with you, a 23 year old man, with two topless 15 year olds, and you wonder if you did something wrong?

I sure hope you had your clothes on in these pictures.
