What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? washington

My friends boyfriend was previously renting a house for him and his friends but for awhile now he has moved from there and now lives with his brother and has a "real" job but the house was still in his name and he found out that the cops recently went and search the house and arrested everybody, could they arrest him, just because the house was in his name? Could they talk to his boss, or check his pay stubs or even check with the manager where he lives now.

They COULD arrest him ... depending on what they found or what cause they have. But, how are we to know what the police might know? If they found proof of criminal activity going on and it leads back to your friend's boyfriend, he could go to jail.
