Hello, I had a question is agreeing to operate a motor vehicle for someone else proable cause for a search by lawenforecement? Michigan law. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How is agreeing to operate a motor vehicle for someone else even remotely connected to a search by law enforcement?

You're going to have to do a lot better job of explaining the circumstances that you are concerned about.

If this is about something that already happened, please say so and explain what happened.

By itself, merely driving someone else's car is not sufficient to justify a detention, much less a search. If this happened, there are some key facts you are leaving out.

So, what happened? Why were you stopped, and why did the police search the car?
