Record Clearance granted!

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

So I went to court, though they said I didn't have to appear, and the judge granted my record clearance. I haven't had much problems because of the charge, but when I tried to apply for an Escrow License, it popped up. I am wondering if it would be okay to try to reapply, or if it will still show up for those types of licenses. Any ideas?
