Question

Requesting info on VOP from another county.

What is the name of your state? Florida
My husband was arrested on 01/05/2007 in seminole countyfor an outstanding warrant due to a violation of a conditoned probation from dade county. The amount to be restituted was 8,800 which were paid in full in 2001. Now we came to find out that there was a remaining amount of 200.00 unpaid. This amount was paid the same day of the arrest. The payment is already posted in the Probation Officer's computer since 01/08/2007. My husband is till in the correctional facility in seminole county waiting to be picked up by dade county. I need to know:

Is there a time frame for Seminole county to hold him? Can this be solved without him having to go to miami since there is no debt?
When he arrives to dade county will he see the Judge the next day? Will the Judge see that everything is paid in full or it will be just the notice of charges and then a date for the hearing?
Which could be the Judges veredict in this case since there is no amount do?.
When can we be able to expunge his record?

Thank you
