I am a first year law student doing research on California Penal Code 530.5(A). The information I may gain will be used for the porpuse of a term paper to
further my studies of criminal law as well as its proceedures here in California.
My question is as follows: What evidence and or elements dose prosecutor need
to prove and bring forth to the court or a jury to gain a conviction under
Ca. Penal Code 530.5(A)? Furether dose the prosecutor have to the intent of the individual commiting the crime and further prove that the individual in fact was the one who aquired and
used the information of the victum to further commit his/her offences under Ca Penal Code 530.5(A)?
