What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona... Tucson City Court... arrested for FTA CRIM MISD... ordered to pay restitution 7 years ago....never complied....cash only bond 2014.00 exact same amount as the restitution owed...has been in jail for a week goes back to court tomorrow..just wondering if he will be released or will he have to pay the restitution before he is released
