Restoration of gun rights Alaska

Alaska
I plead guilty and was convicted of a felony drug offense in 1995 in Alaska. No felony or misdameanor arrests prior or post. I was given Suspended Imposition of Sentence with 200 hrs community service which I completed. Can I have my civil and gun rights reinstated and , if so where can I find information to start process including copy of applicable Federal and State laws.
