My husbands girlfriend (and I'm being nice here!) was skillful enough to obtain a restraining order against me. It was a one-year order and is set to expire this February.
What is the normal procedure for expiration of an order?
Will I receive an official notification that the order is no longer valid?
Is she able to extend the order?
I have obeyed the order and have not done anything that would make it invalid or give her reason to secure another.
