What is the name of your state? NJ
Do I have any grounds for dismissal since it has been almost 7 rears with no trial. PLease note I have no murder pending on me.

And please explain what a right to a speedy trial means.
also please tell me why my lawyer kept telling me not to push for trail.

Thanx
