ruled illegal arrest-seized property gone

judge ruled illegal arrest and search. Peace officer seized my jewelry(10k) in process of search. claimed - suspected stolen! No criminal charges ever brought on jewelry. a different judge in same county ruled that jewelry (held at local pd) belonged to ex-hubby and issued order for said jewelry to be released to ex-hubby. Now since they illegally obtained my jewelry, how do I get other Judges order overturned. I realize common sense has no place in law, but how could a judge make an order distributing STOLEN merchandise. Seems like there would be two issues at least.
1. was the jewelry property of mine or the state before the court made rulings on arrest and search ILLEGAL?
2. how can judge step in three weeks after charges finally got filed(9wks from arrest) and order concerning property seized before Pre-trial?

any pro se filing ideas?

I guess you learned you LESSON on this one...

10K in jewelry...and no cash for a lawyer....why would such a poor person have so much jewelry?

Personal choice...Right?

Now who PAID for the jewelry? Do you have reciepts that YOU DID?

Or was it in a divorce agreement that hubby gets the jewelry?...Hence YOU stole it?

Proof..of ownership is what you need.
