Question

Run or STay??

What is the name of your state? Nevada
Please tell me what will happen if a person skips sentencing, will the warrant go away? This is a felony charge 2 or more for Attempted Theft and Stolen identity? The court won't probably grant probation because of out of state felonies. How much time can really be tagged to the sentence?? They say 1-3 years but I think maybe more. These *******S!!!!!! I'm so angry and scared at the same time because they my aunt and uncle have children.

Warrants never go away. And if they can't afford to do the time, they should'nt have done the crime. It's obvious their children are not their priority, if they are taken away, they have no one to blame but themselves.

Damn!!! I'm sure glad you ain't GOD grandpa. I wonder what kind of Mercy God is gonna have on you at your Judgement Day?? I think He will tell you the same thing you said to me. Because God judges by the same measuring stick we/we've judged others. Woe to you on Judgement day you bitter old man!! You probably got loads of kiddie porno in your closet too, people like you are the ones who don't get caught! But Jesus/God sees and knows ALL, so remember that old man, your days are numbered.

No. It will remain ... and all new charges will be added on top of the old ones.

Apparently someone has not learned their lesson.

That remark WAS directed toward your aunt and uncle for putting their kids in that position, correct? I mean, how can it be anyone else's fault that they decided to commit some felonies?
