What is the name of your state? nebraska
my best friends boyfriend was in a vehicle that 4lbs of ice was found in, both he & the driver were indicted. my friend whom im around all the time & i are worried about getting an conspiracy charge as they seem to hand them out for nothing anymore. what do they need to charge someone, like i said im around her all the time. she also has a previous charge of poss w/intent, she went to prision for awhile back. all this cant be good.

You are right, this is not all good.

You get to sit around and wait to see if they charge you with conspiracy....but you must not be telling us something, b/c I know I have NEVER received a conspiracy charge before**************.....

I also will politely suggest you get new friends, and HELP.

That is probably the nicest way anyone here is going to tell you that. Get ready for the onslaught. You have poor choice in friends, and it will do nothing but cause you pain. Look right now.... you are worried about being charged with a crime b/c of the people you associate with**************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************..
