What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Hello,

I have the following things on my record:

Charge: 1 BURGLARY CONVEYANCE-2 COUNTS
Disposition: ADJUDICATION WITHHELD
Type: FELONY

Charge: 2 PETIT THEFT
Disposition: ADJUDICATION WITHHELD
Type: MISDEMEANOR
Sentences: CONCURRENT WITH COUNT 1

Charge: 3 DEAL IN STOLEN PROPERTY
Disposition: ADJUDICATION WITHHELD
Type: FELONY
Sentences: CONCURRENT WITH COUNT 1

Charge: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Disposition: GUILTY
Type: MISDEMEANOR

I was wondering if I can seal/expunge these? One lawyer told me 'no' and that I'd have to wait 7 years for these things to 'disappear'. Others have told me differently. I briefly read FL Statute 943.059, but don't understand all the legalese.

I'm applying to jobs and would obviously like these things gone from my record.

In a separate question - whether or not I can seal/expunge these things, am I eligible for 'security clearance'? I was never convicted of anything.

Thank you for your help.
