| No. Many times, the officer executing the warrant will be notified over the phone that the warrant has been signed, meaning that they may never have seen it.
As long as the warrant has been signed off by a judge, the warrant is valid regardless of whether or not it is in the officer's possession. So, even if you ask them, they are still not required to show you.
