search warrant

What is the name of your state?

the name of my state is ohio. The police picked me up three weeks ago and took me to another location while they came to my house with a search warrant that they told me they had but never showed me until they let me go now they are talking about pressing charges against me they entered in the house aroound 7:15 a.m. amd the search warrant specifies that they were to enter in the nighttime with proper assitance, could they still have come into the house against the conditions of the warrant since it was the morning and daytime the sun was up. Please help me to understand.
