I just moved to an apartment with my sister and the police came with a search warrant. They were looking for evidence for making checks. They took items such as computer, printer, paper ect. They left but did not arrest anybody. Shouldnt they have taken somebody in?

They may be back.

search warrant=looking for something

arrest warrant=taking someone in

See the difference?
